Every piece ships fully insured via FedEx with a signature and photo ID required at pickup. No package is left at a door. No piece ships without full coverage for its complete value.

How We Ship Your Jewelry
All Sakaris Jewelers pieces ship via FedEx fully insured for the complete value of your piece. Your package is directed to the FedEx location nearest to your delivery address where it is held securely for you.
To collect your package you must present a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the order. This extra step exists entirely to protect you. A fine jewelry piece worth thousands of dollars should never be left on a doorstep or collected by an unintended party.

Most jewelers ship to your door and hope for the best. We ship to a secure FedEx location because the safety of your piece is our responsibility until it is physically in your hands. The extra step of picking up at FedEx is a small inconvenience that provides complete peace of mind.
Production and Delivery Timeline
Since every Sakaris piece is made to order, your delivery timeline depends on the complexity and scope of your piece. We do not pull items off a shelf. Your piece does not exist until we make it.
Order Confirmation
Your order is confirmed and your production timeline is established. For custom pieces, this follows your design approval.
Production
Simple pieces: 2 to 4 weeks. Custom engagement rings and complex designs: 4 to 8 weeks. Your specific timeline is confirmed at order placement.
Quality Inspection
Every piece is inspected under magnification before packaging. Settings checked, stones verified, finish reviewed against your approved design.
Secure Shipment
Your piece is packaged and shipped FedEx fully insured. You receive a tracking number the moment it ships.
Pickup with ID
Your package arrives at your nearest FedEx location. Bring your photo ID matching the order name and collect your piece.
Domestic Shipping Coverage
We ship to all 50 states across the United States. Sakaris Jewelers works with clients nationwide, from Naples and Southwest Florida to New York, California, and everywhere in between. Distance is never a barrier to owning a Sakaris piece.
