Return and Refund Policy — Sakaris Jewelers

Every piece from Sakaris Jewelers is made to order and manufactured specifically for the client. Because each piece is custom crafted, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

Manufacturing defects are covered for one year from the date of delivery. Sakaris Jewelers will repair or remake the piece at no charge if a defect is found within that period.

Every client reviews and approves the full design, materials, and specifications before production begins, so the finished piece matches what was approved. In the rare event a piece differs materially from what was approved, contact Sakaris Jewelers for resolution.

Sakaris Jewelers also offers ongoing maintenance for the life of every piece, covering normal wear and tear, as part of what it means to own a Sakaris piece.
