Sakaris Jewelers offers made-to-order and ready-to-ship fine jewelry and luxury watches. All custom jewelry orders are final sale and begin production immediately upon purchase. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order placed through our Site.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical error or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price.

4. Custom Orders

Custom-made pieces are crafted based on your specific design requests and are non-refundable once production has begun. We may provide renderings, CAD files, or other design proofs upon request. Production timelines and delivery estimates are subject to change based on design complexity and material availability.

5. Shipping

Shipping policies, timelines, and delivery methods are outlined in our Shipping Policy. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds. For issues relating to defects, damage, or items not as described, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, text, graphics, product designs, and photography — is the intellectual property of Sakaris Jewelers and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Payment & Security

We accept payments through Shopify Payments, PayPal, bank wire transfers, and select Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) providers. All payment information is securely processed. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sakaris Jewelers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or products purchased through the Site.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
