These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of www.sakarisjewelers.com (the "Site") and any services offered by Sakaris Jewelers, including consultations, custom design, and product purchases (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Site or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.

1. Changes to These Terms

Sakaris Jewelers may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services or for legal or operational reasons. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use of the Site

The Site and its content — including images, design work, CAD renderings, text, and branding — are the property of Sakaris Jewelers unless otherwise noted, and are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or use Site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

3. Products, Pricing, and Custom Orders

Sakaris Jewelers specializes in custom-manufactured jewelry. Pricing varies by piece, materials, diamond or gemstone selection, and design complexity, and is confirmed with each client individually during the consultation and design process. Displayed pricing, where shown, is subject to change and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing for a specific order.

4. Orders, Deposits, and Payment

Custom orders typically require a deposit or full payment before production begins, as confirmed at the time of order. Production begins only after the client has reviewed and approved the design, materials, and specifications. Order-specific payment terms will be provided directly by Sakaris Jewelers at the time of purchase.

5. Design Ownership

Sakaris Jewelers retains ownership of its original design work, CAD files, sketches, and creative process developed in the course of designing a client's piece. The client owns the physical piece delivered to them. Designs created for one client are not knowingly duplicated for another client.

6. Returns, Warranty, and Maintenance

All sales are final, as every piece is custom manufactured to order. Manufacturing defects are covered for one year from delivery. Ongoing maintenance is available for the life of the piece. Full details are available in the Return and Refund Policy.

7. Shipping

Shipping timelines, methods, and requirements are described in the Shipping Policy. Sakaris Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has been dispatched, though all shipments are insured.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site and Services are provided "as is." Sakaris Jewelers makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of information on the Site but does not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sakaris Jewelers' total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid for the piece or service in question. Sakaris Jewelers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to Sakaris Jewelers' systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

The Site may link to third-party websites. Sakaris Jewelers is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida.
