Peter played six seasons of professional hockey in North America, playing in the minor league systems of organizations including the Columbus Blue Jackets and Ottawa Senators before taking his career to Europe, where he lived and competed at the professional level for several years. The discipline, work ethic, and humility that sport demands never left him. They became the foundation of everything he would build next.
When his playing days ended, Peter returned to Montreal and joined the family business. He devoted himself entirely to the business. During working hours he learned the industry inside out, and during his spare time he learned the craft hands-on, absorbing decades of knowledge, and building relationships with the finest artisans, craftsmen, and diamond dealers in the world.
