Order and Return Policy

Every piece at Sakaris Jewelers is made to order and crafted specifically for you. Because we manufacture every piece ourselves, your jewelry is built from scratch the moment your order is placed. This is what allows us to make better jewelry at a better price than any traditional jewelry store. It also means our policy is different from retailers who pull items off a shelf.

All Sales Are Final

Because every piece is custom manufactured to your exact specifications, we do not accept returns. This applies to all jewelry including engagement rings, wedding bands, diamond tennis bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and all other pieces in our collection.

This is standard practice across fine custom jewelry. When you commission a piece from Sakaris Jewelers, that piece is made for you and only you. The diamonds are selected for your stone specifications. The metal is cast to your exact measurements. The setting is built around your design choices. It cannot be sold to anyone else.

What you get instead of a return policy is something far more valuable: a jeweler who stands completely behind every piece he makes and will work with you for the lifetime of your jewelry to make sure it is always exactly as it should be.

Every piece leaves our Naples studio only after passing a thorough quality inspection. We inspect settings under magnification, verify all measurements, confirm diamond specifications against GIA documentation, and review the finished piece against your approved design before it is ever packaged for delivery.

If a manufacturing defect is discovered within the first year of ownership, we will repair or remake the piece at no cost to you. This covers any issue that originates from our craftsmanship or materials, not from damage caused by wear, impact, or improper care.

Lifetime Maintenance Support

Owning a Sakaris piece does not end at delivery. We work closely with all our clients to support the maintenance of their jewelry over the years that come with everyday wear. Prong checks, rhodium plating, professional cleaning, and stone inspections are all part of the ongoing relationship we build with every client.

Order Confirmation and Approval Process

Before production begins on any piece, we walk every client through a detailed approval process. For custom engagement rings and other bespoke pieces, this includes design consultation, stone selection, CAD or sketch review, and final written approval. Production begins only after you have confirmed every detail.

This process exists to protect you. By the time your piece is being crafted, you have seen exactly what is being made, approved every specification, and confirmed your satisfaction with the design. The finished piece will match what was approved.

If at any point during the approval process you want to make changes, we welcome that conversation. Changes made before production begins are always accommodated. Changes requested after production has started may incur additional costs depending on the scope of the revision.
