What Is Covered
Manufacturing defects covered in full for one year from the date of purchase.

What Is Not Covered
Normal wear and care. Fine jewelry requires proper care. Damage from everyday wear, impact, or improper storage falls outside warranty coverage.
Third-party repairs. Any work performed on your piece by another jeweler automatically voids the Sakaris warranty.
Accidental damage. Bent settings, impact damage, or structural issues caused by physical force are the responsibility of the owner.
Lost stones from impact. Stones lost due to physical impact or improper wear are not covered. Annual prong inspections are recommended.
Eternity band resizing. Due to their all-around diamond setting, eternity bands require a full rebuild if the size needs to change.

Complex repairs such as stone resetting and prong rebuilding are quoted individually after an in-person assessment. No work begins before a clear quote is provided and approved.
Most repairs are completed in 2 to 3 business days. More complex repairs such as stone resetting or full prong rebuilding may take up to one week. Your timeline is confirmed when you bring the piece in for assessment.
Yes. All Sakaris pieces are covered by a one-year warranty on manufacturing defects. If an issue arises within the first year that results from our craftsmanship, we repair it at no charge including return shipping. We also offer one complimentary ring resize within the first year on all engagement rings and fashion rings.
Yes. Clients outside of Naples, Florida can ship their piece to our studio. Email us at info@sakarisjewelers.com before shipping so we can expect your package. Use a fully insured, signature-required service such as FedEx or UPS. We return ship at no charge once the repair is complete on all warranty work.
Eternity bands cannot be traditionally resized because diamonds are set all the way around the band. Each stone is precisely cut to fit that exact circumference. Resizing would require removing and re-cutting stones which compromises the original design. For this reason, eternity bands that require a size change must be fully rebuilt. We take extra care during the original sizing process for all eternity band orders to prevent this from being necessary.
We service Sakaris Jewelers pieces exclusively. This allows us to maintain the highest standard of care for every piece we have made. Any repair work performed on a Sakaris piece by another jeweler will void the Sakaris warranty.
