If you choose to send photos of your hand, finger, or reference images during a consultation, we retain those as part of your design file — we do not require or request photos as part of the standard consultation process, but many clients send them voluntarily to help communicate sizing or style.
- Account information, including username, password, and security details, if you create an account.
- Marketing preferences, including your communication and subscription preferences.
- Customer support information, including anything you share with us directly, such as messages sent through the Site or through our appointment booking tool.
