At Sakaris Jewelers, we pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of our made-to-order items. Because each piece is custom-made specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns. Please review our returns and refunds policy below:
 

  • Made-to-Order Products: All of our products are made to order. This means that once an order is placed, we begin the process of crafting your unique piece.
     

  • Non-Returnable Items: Unless an item is not as described, or there is a defect or damage, we do not accept returns for made-to-order products.
     

  • Defects or Damage: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange, and cover the return shipping costs. Please provide detailed information and photos of the defect or damage.
     

  • Not as Described: If your item is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your claim and, if valid, arrange for a return or exchange, and cover the return shipping costs.
     

  • Return Process: To initiate a return for a defective, damaged, or misdescribed item, please contact our customer service team at info@sakarisjewelers.com. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting documentation (such as photos).
     

  • Refunds: If a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
